Karyn Bryant out as Showbiz Tonight host

This happened a month ago but hasn't been put up here, but former Name That Video host Karyn Bryant is no longer co-hosting Headline News' Showbiz Tonight.

According to her website, HN wanted to move the show in a different direction.

And you wait until a month after to post this.......oh wait, I'm sorry. I forgot who posted this for a minute there. It's kind of weird since most of us I don't believe even watch Headline News period who can give a crap less anyway.

Um, she did host one once. Of the many legitimate reasons to bag on Henke, that isn't one of them in this case.

To his credit; Name that Video wasn't widely known, and I had no idea who Karyn Bryant was until I clicked the message. (one more reason ignore doesn't work--but we've been down this path too many times).

If you can see the title of something, but not the content, and decide anyway that it must be off-topic . . . it's the ignore feature's fault, sure.

OK My bad..I had never heard of "Name That Video" and even less of Karyn Bryant.  In fact I wondered if I should say anything but I figured if I was wrong I would be reminded..Not a problem

She was also well-known as an MTV VJ.  My old TV Guides have her listed as having a three-hour weekday show at 9am in the 91-92 season.
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

She was also one of the members of FX's apartment.

ObGS:  So were Tom Bergeron and Jeff Probst.

No, I think he hosted the fifth (American) season. Then they hired Bobbi Sue Luther - much easier on the eyes - and Rossi Morreale to take over until the show folded a few years ago.

Actually...George hosted the first series of Junkyard Wars (with UK cohost and creator Cathy Rogers). Any previous incarnations aired on TLC were of the UK series merely Scrapheap Challenges rebadged as JYW. US series 2 through 5 starred Tyler Harcott and Cathy Rogers (series 2 & 3) then Karyn Bryant (series 4 & 5).

Bobbie Sue & Rossi were indeed brought in for the final 2 series (retitled Junkyard Mega Wars)
