I just saw it.  The set is big, magnificient and slick.  And REAL contestant emotion...from the commercial.

Has it changed your perception yet?

I was going into it with an open mind anyhow, but I gotta agree that that Banker promo is awfully damned compelling. If they play him up as <Kaientai> EEEEEEEVIL </Kaientai>, it could be lots of fun.

That's how I would do it. I certainly wouldn't try to use the actual sound from the phone conversation over the air, if I could sweeten it with a minimum of effort later and make the whole thing that much more foreboding.
