Actual Scrabble board vs. GS Scrabble board

I'm a little curious.

Now, a lot of us are familiar with the Scrabble game board and its bonus spots (light blue double letter, pink double word, darker blue triple letter, red triple word), as well as the blue and pink money-payers on the game show board.

Call me crazy, but I was wondering when they drew up the board for the game show, how did they account for the other two color spaces? Did they just convert them into pink and blue accordingly, or just omit them altogether?

(And if it's been asked before, I apologize.)
I suppose you can still learn stuff on TLC, though it would be more in the Goofus & Gallant sense, that is (don't do what these parents did)"- Travis Eberle, 2012

Comparing a screen shot (seen here) and a photo of the actual board (pictured here) my guess proves correct: any shade of red or blue got changed to pink or blue respectively for the TV version.

And no need to worry, this is a perfectly fair question.

When I read this, I interpreted it as dissapointment.  If I misinterpreted it, my apologies; but were you expecting something else/better?

"...and I appreciate, Jason, you taking the time out to give me the information I requested."

I don't see how you infer any sort of malicious intent in that post, unless you're actively trying to find it.

On top of that, how were you even involved in the conversation, Mark? What did it matter to you what anyone meant?

On the other hand, when the home version of the game show was created, the original box game's board layout was retained, with a different bonus point value assigned to each color.
