I went and did a search on the name, and he does have a website.
http://www.smp-studio.nl/On the site, look for the link on the left hand side that says "Leader Muziek", then on the following menu, you'll see a link for "MiljoenenJacht". Once you click that, look for the thumbnail closeup of Linda DeMol, and right at the bottom of that thumbnail is a "play" link. It opened up another window and it played the full intro(video/audio) to the show (with announcer v.o.). [Appears the new window that opens up is running the a/v file using Macromedia]
After the V.O. is over during the intro, the theme music is there (IMO excellent quality over DSL connection) with audience applause audible. As a bonus, after the intro clip is done, they have a short clip that includes the music used when the cases are brought out onto the stage.
It may not be a master copy, but it's certainly the best I could find.
