Millionaire is in new episodes this week, and Eddie's episodes originally aired Thanksgiving week 2004. Or are there still stations that air a double run of Millionaire, and he'll be seen on those stations?

Yup.  For example, Seattle's KONG-TV shows a current season episode at 6:30, and a rerun from last year at 7:00 (going up against Wheel.)  I remember that Eddie's original campaign was supposed to air on Thanksgiving Thursday and Friday, but was bumped for parade coverage, and thus had to wait until rerun weeks to see his episodes.

If you haven't seen them, make a point to watch.  It's good stuff.

BV/Disney has rights to show a double episode.  The primary, or the first show, will show the current season, MI-4***.  The secondary, or the second show, will show the last season, MI-3***.

Eddie was in MI-3054 and MI-3055.  So, unless BV/Disney will show season 1, 2, and 3 in September 2006, we will see Eddie locked in a vault.

It may yet be repeated in the double run this season.  The repeats sometimes skip around, and they have aired some of the big wins & special weeks multiple times, so a highly-publicized contestant's appearance (like Eddie's) might be repeated.  In any case, I encourage you all to watch if you haven't seen it.  It didn't air at the original time in my area because of Thanksgiving Day events, but I caught it later and thought it was great.
