I'd never heard of End of the Rainbow until last week, and EOTVGS doesn't list this forgotten Bob Barker game. To the knowledgeable historians here: does anyone have information about how the game was played?

Brooks and Marsh liken it to "This Is Your Life," without celebrities, so there was no game-play.  It ran six weeks on Saturdays at 10pm in early 1958.  Art Baker hosted for the first three weeks of the Ralph Edwards production, Bob for the last three.
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

Geritol was the sponsor...I've got a 1958 TTTT (also sponsored by them) w/orig. ads, and just before the end credits, there's a sponsor billboard/promo inviting viewers to tune in for TEotR.
