TPiR Live @ Bally Question..
« on: February 21, 2006, 10:58:07 PM »
This is for anyone who has seen the show since it moved to Bally's in Atlantic City. Does Bally's offer any kind of comped tickets for people staying at the hotel/people gambling at Ballys? I'm headed there in about two weeks, and am torn between staying at Bally's, and seeing if I can get some comped tickets (Hey, if I DON'T have to spend $50 for two tickets...), or staying at my preferred casino and just sucking it up.

Thanks in advance. :)

You should be able to get comps for Price. Harrah's Entertainment is now offering a "global" comp card called "Total Rewards" which is good at all their U.S. properties, including Bally's, Caesars, Showboat, Flamingo, Grand Casinos, Harrah's, Harvey's, Horseshoe (Binion's), Paris, and the new home of the WSOP, the Rio. You should be able to play at any of those casinos and get the comps elsewhere, though I'd have to ask my host at Caesars for confirmation of that. Nevertheless, a trip to TPIR Live is on our agenda, and I'm hoping some of that play at Caesars and Bally's Wild West I've recently racked up will count towards that.

BTW, I really like the way that Bally's has opened up the previously claustrophobic Claridge (which is where TPIR Live is) and has extended it into the existing Bally's footprint. That second floor casino is gorgeous!

Thanks Dave. I'm a Total Rewards member already, but the Bally's website is sorely lacking in details on any offers for tickets/comps/etc., with regards to TPiR.

When the show was at the Showboat, most people there had earned comp tickets, either through staying at the hotel or through slot play, and it was advertised throughout the casino. With the move to Bally's, though, info has been tough to find.
