Mr. Lemon...you're scaring me.  I mean we all have things in which we're nerdy about but...in your words...wow.  (Runs away to the Joker 90 room.)

It was, actually, a completely delicious casserole of sliced kielbasa, penne pasta, and french-fried onions, from my silly Midwestern cooking magzine. :)

These are what you want, 4" or 100mm dice at...

http://www.mrchips.net/dice.html

But I've contacted them long time ago, they don't sell small quantities.

I found a pair of what had to be 3-inch or 4-inch square dice at Goodwill once for like 50 cents. I didn't like how they had the number two depicted (not diagonal - just two pips in the middle of the face) so I never really used them.

Plus, they would only ever roll four.

"How would you like to take off the eight?" Ha.

"Due to the economies of molding and ocean freight, the smallest order per color of dice is 10,000 pieces."

Well, we could all take up a collection...

If you have to order ten thousand of them, you might have to go with "The Big Showdown" instead.
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

Thanks for everybody's help and suggestions. I settled for the lawn dice that may or may not be foam.

Next issue: Is there a fast, simple way to keep track of when numbers become "bad rolls"?

Yes. Have somebody off-camera whose job it is to keep track of bad rolls. :)

There might be an easier formula, but it seems to me that's the major one. I'm sure someone could whip up a computer program that figured it out based on a given board state, and run it on a laptop in the wings, but it seems like it would just be easier to have someone mentally run through 2-12 during the question and see if they're good or not and update a whiteboard.

Hey, last year, I had a group of seniors for a computer class construct an Excel file based on IF-THEN formulas that modeled the 78 possible High Rollers combinations. I still have my version of it saved right here on C2 if you want it. Get me on e-mail.
