Karen "Pool Table for Dan" Martin who was on PYL in 1984 was on Dawson Feud a few years earlier, yes. I don't think this poster is referring to Caryn Lucas.

Has to be.  That ep was included in the Feud 25 package which aired a couple of times.  The original 2001 airing marked the first time I saw GSN (after I kicked the bitch out.)
