 You know, simple as it was, I found this segment amazingly funny.  Vanna signs a girl's cast, and not wanting to be one-upped, Pat goes into the audience and signs a guy's leg.

 I'm reminded of a closing credits segment in 1995 or 1996 where Pat cuts a portion of Vanna's hair and goes into the audience and tries to give it away at the end of the episode
