The Bobs (Cobert & Stewart) really had me fooled on that one!  I thought for sure that the PTB theme was more than just 47 seconds!  But boy, does that 47 seconds sound awesome in the clear!

If you checked the theme titles page, you'd see that this was NOT a Cobert piece----rather, it was composed by a Frank Talley [who????].

Reminded me of something Maynard Ferguson would have done, though.....

Fool me twice, shame on me!

Without going to the theme titles page it sure sounded like a Cobert theme along the same vein as the Blockbusters theme. Take out all the guitars, except for the bass and it sounds like it could have sounded like the same group of musicians.

I also thought PtB's theme was a Cobert piece until recently hearing it in a NY Lottery radio ad ("Did You Know?")...as for the theme's actual title, you can insert your own TPiR joke here. :-)
