Title: Kennedy did the Pilot for "Scrabble" for GSN
Post by: Timsterino on September 23, 2003, 08:40:55 PM
According to Steve Beverly's latest interview with her. I suppose this is the second pilot since, from what I heard, the first one did not work. I did not know she hosted it. If this is old news, I apologize for re-hashing it.

Tim :-)

Oh. My. Goodness.

If that's what it takes to get Scrabble back on the air, I can live without it.

From the looks of it, it seems to play more like the failed pilot with John O'Hurley from earlier this year than the Woolery original versions.

I say bring back the 1984-90 format and hire Henry Hook and Norman Trip Payne as writers.

Heh, I saw the heading and I thought they meant Tom Kennedy, who I think is retired.  That would have been better.
