Real or fake, I'm LMAO looking at the damn thing.  Just like Barker, it's made of 90% plastic.

I'd bet dollars to donuts that the final sale price will be triple the starting bid.  I should hit Office Max and buy envelopes and index cards, to make one-bid sleeves.

I do want to compliment whoever did the fake packaging--assuming it's not repurposed from something else, it's outstanding. I think there's a discrepancy in mentioning both Holly and Fremantle, but it's not like toy packaging has never done something like that before, either.
