Title: Facebook Family Feud
Post by: Dbacksfan12 on August 14, 2010, 06:24:27 AM
Has anyone else been actively playing this?  I usually play an episode or so a day.  Its pretty good...but there's some glaring errors in the question database; in a game I played tonight, "Graphics Card" was accepted for "Power Cord" and "Computer Technician" was accepted for "Carpenter".

On the plus side, the topics are timely and not simply rehashes from older games/older episodes.  They (the game developers) posted a query the other day on "who people thought the host was".  Anyone here have an idea?

My mom plays it, a lot. Well I however, don't use Facebook.

Just the other day for the question "Name something Moses is famous for doing in the Bible," I jokingly put, "Eat fried chicken". The answer got 7 points.

I play FF all the time, and sometimes during Fast Money, it will accept repeats of answers that got 0, rather than tell me (buzz buzz) try again.

Where do you think the phrase "wing and a prayer" came from?

Good one.

Me, I was wondering when Drew Carey started writing Facebook apps.

Not to be confused with the Feud Survey Question:  "Living or Dead, Name a Real Great Guy".

I stopped playing it for that very reason.  When you fall short of getting to the bonus round twice by answers that should have been accepted but were not (and thus not getting the points you need to buy up the prizes you need to advance to each level), that was enough of a red flag for me to find other ways of wasting my time on Facebook.
