There are no special dates in November listed, so I would think that the ToC will air in November, just like it was done in the early Trebek years. (I think I might have read that this particular ToC will be recorded in London.)

The list is also 5 months old. By my rough count we have enough that 4-timers are starting to get knocked out.

The ToC is never getting cancelled- it may be less frequent (which I really don't understand), but they're not going to cancel the tournament.
I imagine that Power Players week is being done due to the election in November. By the way, is is their first road show since the LAST ToC in Vehas, right? Well, there was Watson last year, but I don't count it as a road show.
