Joan Madeline McCann (nee Schmitt), 84, an Oak Lawn resident, died June 14.
Mrs. McCann was a retired school teacher, She was avid quilter, sewing teacher, world traveler and puzzle solver. She also made a couple of appearances on TV as a game show contestant.
