Does anyone know the name of the font used in the "Child's Play" logo? And I mean the Bill Cullen game show, not the horror film series.

As far as I know, it isn't a font, but custom hand lettering. If you use a Mac, and have figured out how to install Apple Casual in your Fonts folder, that should be a close match.
