Title: New information about Kathleen Bradley's memoir
Post by: Bob Zager on February 17, 2013, 03:51:27 PM

The former Barker\'s Beauty has recently updated her web page, and there is some mention about her book, not previously shown on her page at least:

There\'s no info as to a publisher or a release date.

Chris Mann was supposedly working on a behind-the-scenes book of TPIR. Does anyone know whatever became of that?

As for Kathleen\'s book, I\'ll definitely look for it.

Based upon a brief conversation I had with him last week, he\'s still working on it...

\"Yup, I\'m still working on this book. Not sure if the remaining \"Barker Beauty\"/Price model litigation will need to wrap up first (c\'mon, nearly 20 years of \"Price\" lawsuits is enough, folks!), but I\'m hanging in there.\"

Didn\'t Kathleen & Janice have hush clauses when they signed their severance packages?

How is Kathleen able to publish one but not Janice?

Don\'t know about Janice (who supposedly was writing a memoir titled \"The Price Hasn\'t Always Been Right\" back in the mid-90s), but the information at the link in the OP, mentions that the book is not a \"Barker-bashing\" type, so it\'s probably more about the good days spent as the first permanent African-American model on the hit show.
