Title: Chasing lights?

Not sure if that's the correct term for it, but what is used to flash the light bulbs on/off? (TPIR doors, Joker's Wild panel, etc.)

 John Ricci mentioned it in his thread about the Pyramid set his buddy built....apparently there is a circuit that you can run the lights into that will make them flash in the proper sequence.
