A call sheet for the daytime edition of The Hollywood Squares with Peter Marshall. A five-show taping session for episodes #2213-#2217 (VTR: April 12, 1975, AIR: May 5-9, 1975).

Um...the image isn't showing up for me, and doing the "Open image in new tab" option gives me no image at all. (Same goes for copy-pasting the web address from your post.)
Where did you find the call sheet to begin with?
-
It is from Worthpoint.com
Here, Daniel. Hope it now works.

Thanks. Much appreciated. :)
Interesting thing is that it's signed by all nine celebs and Peter for someone named Victouie (that's what the name looks like, at least).

That's what you got from "Victoria?" Really?
-
Maybe it's for Victoria.
-
That's cool! I wonder how often the nine guests and Peter did this.
-
Wow, very kewl. Does anyone know the purpose of this "call sheet"?

A Call Sheet is issued to the cast and crew during production of a film or television show. It provides the details on where and when they should report to for filming or taping.
Very rarely have I seen call sheets for a game show taping. The only other time I ever saw one for a game show was one for the November 23, 1974 taping of The Price is Right (Bob Barker taped #1194D, #1195D, #1201D, and #1251D on that day).

While we all enjoy your lectures on television production, and it doesn't take much to see where you found your definition, it's amusing that it didn't really occur to you that the Wikipedia definition of "call sheet" doesn't describe your Hollywood Squares find at all. There are no details on it besides episode numbers and placement of the stars in the grid.
