Title: GSN Loses a Legal Battle

tl;dr version:  After a long legal battle that many of us probably weren't even aware of, the FCC says it's OK for cable providers to relegate GSN (and, presumably, anybody else) to premium "sports" tiers.  "Discrimination" in this case doesn't really mean any of the things "discrimination" usually means.
