Just now saw this.  May be too expensive for me to pre-treat and get transferred but maybe someone else here has the resources to do it right.  Has original ads including one with JM himself.  ABC Network broadcast film.  I'd love to see it posted someday under the appropriate sub forum here.

There's also A Penny-to-a-Million episode as well.  I bid somewhere between those two values.

The Penny to a Million episode went for $504, while Treasure Hunt went for just $163.
