Title: "1% Club" question

Having yet to see the UK version of this show, I was curious...what happens if every contestant is eliminated before the final question? Has it ever occurred before?

I would imagine it gets thrown out/edited. There are too many people to scrap an entire recording after a total wipeout.

Maybe Patton tells us that we should get a daggone steak.

When that happens (and it has, at least once), everyone who was still in the game gets a share of $10,000 and the chance to risk it on the 1% question.

This, because they are the players who made it the farthest.
