How many shows can you think of where the host left the stage before the closing credits started? Here are some:
$25K/$100K Pyramid (Dick Clark/John Davidson versions)
Jumble - The Interactive Game (with the winning contestant)
Family Feud (Louie Anderson version)
Russian Roulette (with the winning contestant if the $10K/$100K was won)

For a while, Dawson would leave the set after signing off too.
I hesitate to count Bob Barker after a double overbid because the audience is ostensibly part of the stage in PiR.
-
Geoff on both iterations of Treasure Hunt. Anyone know if Bob exited the stage upon signing off on TNG? I don't recall the camera ever cutting back to his podium during the credits.
-
Would Ray Combs' last Feud qualify?
-
Didn't Ben Bailey drop through the floor at the end of each ep of Who's Still Standing?
-
Would Ray Combs' last Feud qualify?
As would Richard Dawson frequently, later in the run

On Pitfall, Alex and the winning contestant occasionally exited via the elevators and walked offstage. In other episodes the credits end as the elevators descend, but I imagine they were headed offstage too. :P

The same could be said of Peter Marshall on HS. After Peter signed off, they would just alternate between the wide shot of the 9 squares and close-ups of each celebrity.

Dick Clark and the winning contestant on The Krypton Factor.

Bob Goen, That's the Question...

Another one: Tom Kennedy on 50 Grand Slam
