We'll be in LA in October in the middle of the month, and I'm wondering if anyone knows wether or not FF will be taping then?
I'm also wondering if we send in tickets to see price is right now, will they even know they are taping on the date we send them that far in advance, or is it better to wait?
Finally, is it possible to send in tickets now for Jeapordy and Wheel of Fortune and hope to get in, or should I not even bother?
Thanks

"TPIR" is taping while you're in LA. Here's the CBS page (http://\"http://www.cbs.com/daytime/price/tickets/\") (with an online ticket link).
As for "Wheel" and "J!", it wouldn't hurt to check.

I went to LA around the same time you're going, but in 2001. Get your TPiR ticket requests in ASAP. I sent my requests in around the 20th of August. The turnaround time for tickets was 3 to 4 weeks. Check CBS' site for tape dates.
I'd say the same about J! and Wheel. Check out their respective sites to see if they're taping when you're in LA. Jeopardy! might not tape at that time, as they'll be in Pittsburgh for the College Championship the 2nd weekend of October.
I believe tvtix.com handles Feud's tickets. Otherwise, as mentioned above, go to the official site for more info.

I'd like to know why you have to be 12 years of age for J! and 10 for Wheel?
In about another month, you can get TPIR tickets online here: http://etix.cbs.com/etix/main/mainE.jsp (http://\"http://etix.cbs.com/etix/main/mainE.jsp\")

Ken would scare the younger kids, and the 1.5 million colors of light would blind them.

I'm guessing maturity has a lot to do with it...from my experiences in the audience of Smart Ask here in Canada, there were problems with younger audiences (Even as old as 13) forgetting that you're not supposed to shout out answers and doing it anyway, shouting out answers, much to the chagrin of the hosts and crew.

Well, when you title a show "Smart Ask"...............

According to hollywoodtickets.com, both J! & WOF have 2 sessions each day. That makes me wonder if they take an enormous ammount of time taping the morning session, is it possible that the afternoon session may be delayed a few minutes beyond the scheduled start time so that there's always a "break" in between the two?
-
That would be the first three shows, then a lunch break, then the last two. Last time I was at a J! taping, the afternoon festivites started at about 3:15, which is pretty much right on time.
