In a surprise announcement, Hamilton City Council has re-named Alsace
Avenue Ray Combs Avenue in honor of the comedian and former Family Feud host who died in 1996. Councilman Richard Holzberger, who fought for three years to get the name changed, was nearly in tears as he read the proclamation to Comb's family.
A note about the source website: the station flipped formats from news/talk to sports talk last Monday, so the site is a mess right now.

Wow, really? Is this true? I'll have to ask his Sister to confirm it!
That's great news! It's always \"interesting\" stopping by, I never
know WHAT I'll learn next!
