Maybe it WILL be okay. After all, it looks as if Ralph Edwards will be taking part in it. We'll just have to see.

Based on the information I've gotten from the last two Game Show Congresses, it seems very, very unlikely that Ralph Edwards is going to have any direct involvement with the new project whatsoever. When the family uses the phrase "resting comfortably" a lot, you don't expect very many more TV appearances.

Ralph Edwards is now 92, per IMDB - I can't imagine he'd have much involvement, nor should anyone expect him to.
It's not that hard a show to do - as far as ABC's concerned, it's a cross between Biography and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. It's also not a game show, for that matter.

Well, no. See, my point was that the subject's life and career could be summed up in about two or three sentences, then the spot is over and it's time for a commercial.
