Does anybody know how the gameplay that was played from the Press Your Luck pilot hosted by Pat Sajak? Just out of curiousity.

It was based on the then-popular Milton Bradley electronic game Simon. Ralph Edwards/Stu Billett did another pilot called Simon a year or so later, as per ATGS.
