I know this is a little off topic.

I saw this episode on TV today. It is called \"José Chung's 'From Outer Space'\" and CNR plays a famous author researching a book about an alleged UFO encounter. This episode includes a cameo from Alex Trebek playing a hypnotist/himself.  If you have never seen this episode you may want to check it out when it comes on your local station carrying the \"X-Files\" re-runs.

I thought CNR was great in that episode.

Yes, he was great. He also reprised the role of Jose Chung in the short-lived series \"Millennium\".

This was one of the most brilliant episodes of the show -- it's one of the self-mocking variety -- and one of many reasons to plunk down the money for the season three DVD set. It should be noted that Trebek, who's only on screen briefly, was cast as a \"man in black,\" one of the mysterious figures who harass abduction victims.
