Does anyone have any information about the lawsuit brought by John Guedel against Goodson Todman Productions over To Tell the Truth and its similarity to a game played on People Are Funny which was supposedly called "Detecto"?

In the above clip they don't call it "Detecto" but you can see the similarity to TTTT.
