Wikipedia states that Caryn Lucas (contestant coordinator) subbed for Dawson after he was injured during a taping.

In what year did this occur?

Has this episode ever aired as a rerun on Feud?

It has rerun; GSN aired it during the Feud 25th Anniversary Special. I'm not too sure of the year, but I think it was 1979.

She didn't host the entire show. Dawson hosted a portion of it, and I think she hosted the last round of questions and the bonus game.

It was in 1979 and aired very recently in regular rotation on GSN. She hosted the last two questions when Richard had to go adjust his brace. She did not host fast money however; Richard came back at that point and named her "Hot Lips" female emcee or something to that effect.
