What hour of Match? MG75 only airs for half an hour, followed by this remake of a classic 50's show involving secrets.

IOW, expect 90 straight minutes of MG either tonight or tomorrow (my guess--tomorrow).

And tritto to you, sir, (or maybe quadro or quinto?) as far as the middle being better than the end. Since the end will be "shows that we air multiple times every day, here's a special showing in prime time and in addition to the 11pm showing of one".

Since Bill mentioned Chuck hosted Wheel and GSN counted Love Connection as a game show, Bill eariler mention that Chuck hosted four shows on the countdown, just means GSN can't count to five.(or six)

GSN has 4 Chuck Woolery-hosted shows: The Brand New Dating Game, Love Connection, Lingo and Greed, Scrabble wasn't one of the 4 Woolery-hosted shows that GSN aired/airing.

And you know, that last part...honestly....made sense and explains quite a bit.. (I'm as floored as anyone). Well, if anything, it's proof of the type of logic (or extreme lack thereof) GSN used for this.

I'm of the mind that it's contractual stuff with CBS/King World that is going to keep Jeopardy! off tonight's viewing option, and the same deal with Price tomorrow night.

With Wheel (last night), GSN just doesn't care about that show any more, in spite of the fact that it's still popular with viewers after almost 32 years on the air. I'm thinking that GSN might actually not have the rights to it any more.

So let the speculation end: we pretty much already know that tonight you're going to see an hour of Family Feud and tomorrow night, an hour of Match Game, because GSN does already have them in rotation.

Of course, were this a Playmania survey, "StarFace" would have been somewhere in the top 5...

The countdown only said double-doses were just for last week, this week is just a single dose because of Millionaire being a full hour episode last night and Family Feud All Stars episode could be airing tonight and I'm thinking that Jeopardy! may still get one episode airing tomorrow but remember, GSN still has the rights to WOF and not TPIR since WOF is a Sony show and will still make it to Feast of Favorites this year so don't this show out when it comes to FOF

Maybe it's a bit of a long shot, trying to bring logic into a non-logic area, but given the fact the show hasn't been off the air more than a handful of years at a time in its 30 year history, along with the fact that, unlike 44 of their other *cough* TOP 50, it's in the middle of a current run...

Certainly plausible. Isn't MG GSN's biggest ratings booster, though? That's why I've thought MG would've finished ahead of FF. But that's not a bad call.

And aside to Jason W., you're permanently ineligible for the stills for even bringing up the STARFACE promo.

I'm beginning to think they don't have the rights to WOF as well. Even if all they could air was the 1988-1989 season we've seen 8,274 times, they still could've picked something to run last night. The season premiere. The season finale. The two weeks at Radio City. The Christmas episode. The idiot who couldn't solve "CANADIAN --RDER" in the bonus.

Maybe I'm wrong, because Beat The Clock got glossed over too. But it would sure explain why WOF hasn't been on the network for well over a year now.
