It's not perfect by any means, but we are slowly improving in my opinion.
When the top five cases are $50,000; $100,000; $200,000, $500,000 and $1 million, we'll talk about the show improving.
IMPROVING?!? I'm sorry, but I must respectively disagree here. That addition of Double or Nothing completely reeks of copycatysm from the Aussie version, and that was quickly axed after, what, a few measly months?
Well, the show is already a "copycat" in several ways. And Double or Nothing stuck around for a good long time. They just knew better than to trot it out every day. "So, Jim, you've won a hundred bucks. Wanna go Double or Nothing?"

I actually liked D/N....version 2.
Version One on the aussie show had only one big case that either said Double or Nothing in it...To me, it reeked of producer tampering.
The second version had two cases with both, and the contestant picking the case he wanted. Much better.
Funny how some of you are complimenting a game for adding new wrinkles, when its becoming apparent that the original game, sans wrinkles, is probably getting stale to producers, and the audience for that matter. This is all they can do to keep it fresh.
