Anybody Know Of This New Game Show Pilot?

It sounds like a fictitious story, but the article appears on page 11-A in the Sunday Denver Post, and is seen here on MSNBC.com and the Associated Press is cited as the original article source.

All they mention is this 12-year-old was in Hollywood recently to tape a game show pilot.

Anybody know more information on this pilot?  It would make sense for "I've Got A Secret", but that show AFAIK is toast.

Even if we give that pilot the benefit of the doubt, and assume that "blindfolded vacuum identification" was just one particular competition, who in the name of heaven decides that that's a winning segment for their pilot? I mean, we all know that the only thing more exciting than listening to vacuum cleaners on TV is to watch people try to guess their models!
