My 2-gig Cruzer Titanium's been through a lot, including a spin or two in the wash. Still works, haven't lost anything.

I know, I know. (At least it's one of the slim 250 MB USB ones.) Thing is, it worked very well for what I used it for: a temporary off-system place to hold files until I had enough to burn a CD. Once I filled three disks, time to burn. But the process of pulling the thing off the shelf, unwrapping the cable, plugging it in, and then finding the disk with room on it for the file was just annoying enough that I rarely used it, and as a result my Downloads folder on my PC is a mess. I'd been meaning to do this for a while; I was just waiting for the right deal.

I was in my local Barnes and Noble bookstore today, and saw the TPIR DVD game (2nd edition), plus the WOF, FF, Password, and $1,000,000 Pyramid Quick Pick games.

The screenshots on the box of TPIR DVD game, showed Drew Carey, holding his microphone in front of one of the doors, as well as a shot of the two Showcase podiums, plus the Hole-In-One game prop.

The Password Quick Picks is merely the fifth edition from EG, packaged in a smaller-sized, tin box.

The Family Feud Quick Picks had a small-sized board, similar to EG's design used till now, but featuring only eight spaces for writing answers, instead of ten (at least shown by the illustration on box bottom).

The Pyramid Quick Picks only illustrated some cards designed similar to the old MB games, with no board to display them on. The cards shown in illustration had the Winner's Circle portion visible, with amounts of $500 each for the bottom three subjects, $1,000 each for the middle two, and $5,000 for the top one!

Finally, the WOF card game Quick Picks, featured a small board showing the same puzzle board layout, a separate board to keep track of scores, cards depicting the many different money amounts, in the same form of wheel wedges, and also includes a 10-second sand timer for the bonus round.

Although you could easily play the bonus round in any of the earlier editions, this is the first time (other than video/computer versions) the bonus round has been included.

I'm going to assume this was a dry-erase board of some sort? As much of a non-Wheel fan I am these days, this actually sounds pretty cool, and I might pick this up as well when I find someplace that has these on sale. I definitely need the Password though.

Sorry I didn't mention it, but yes the FF and WOF Quick Picks DO include a dry-erase board and marker. I personally think I like the WOF one myself. It's different from all the other home versions.

Well, I was wrong to reference it like it was an error, because yesterday I saw ""The Moment of Truth--Lie Detector Card Game," by Cardinal Industries. There is also going to be one from Hasbro coming out in August. The Cardinal game is priced at $12.99, while the Hasbro version will retail for around $20!

The box did also mention how the "Lie Detector" is for entertainment purposes only, which is obvious.

I have a Attache High Speed USB 2.0 2GB Flash Drive that I got about a month ago at Wal-Mart of all places, got it for $15 bucks and it works great, on the game show games subject I went to my local Barnes and Noble the other day, unfortunetly the cable was temporarily out so I had to find something else to do, at Barnes and Noble I saw the TPIR 2nd edition DVD game and I also saw the Family Feud quiz book but that's about it, I went to Barnes and Noble a while back and they had a DVD game 3 pack with Press Your Luck/Let's Make A Deal/Family Feud 2nd edition for about 40 bucks.
