I would love to see Jim Cramer...fall off of the edge of the planet.

Shock-jocks in sports radio are bad enough. We don't need them excreting themselves all over other formats.

/thanks for this, Jim Rome

I'm not sure what will happen if there is still no $1 Million winner after a game has been played with six $1 Million cases.

They could put the million in ALL 26 cases and I wouldn't watch.

They could have a banker's trio of Donald Trump, Jim Cramer, and <insert whoever the hell else> and I still wouldn't watch.

They could have Tim Donaghy fixing the game's over/under line on the offers and I still wouldn't watch.

They could have Pat Keirnan hosting and I still wouldn't watch.

They could have me playing the damn game and I still wouldn't watch.
When you're at the grocery game and you hear the beep, think of all the fun you could have at "Crazy Rachel's Checkout Counter!"

They could start producing the show live-to-tape and I still wouldn't watch.

They could get rid of all the drama and I still wouldn't watch.

There are three things I've learned never to discuss with people: Religion, politics, and the proper wrapping of microphone cables.

Er, nevermind.  I was going for the Dr. Seuss amateur thing after seeing the above posts, but it just didn't turn out as well as I'd like.   That said, it's just not an enjoyable show, Big Bucks (and no whammies) be damned.

I'm pretty sure it's not brain surgery.

And I wouldn't watch if the models were topless.

/on second thought...
//okay, I'd watch and not tell anyone.

Then the player will take home a lesser amount of money. Which I fully realizes makes you bounce up and down in your little chair, balling up your little fists in frustration, but that's how the game works.

Yes, well, Jim Rome has fans, too. We should have laws against that as well.

He reminds me of Morton Downey Jr. Except less entertaining.

Disagree again.  Comparing Cramer and Downey Jr. isn't fair.  Cramer acts if he downed a 6-pack of Red Bulls moments before going to air.  Downey was a brash character who took no BS from his guests, at least on his WWOR/syndie show.  I can't see anybody in my lifetime ever coming close to Morton Downey Jr.'s level.  Could Cramer release a record album?  A better question--would anybody buy? :-)

/A Cramer album?  SELL SELL SELL.
//I own a cassette copy of Downey Jr.'s album.
///No, really.

Oh. Well, they'll probably go back to just the regular board matrix, until next year when the values will range from $100,000 all the way to $20 million. And then the MLB will announce that all home runs count at triple their normal rate if they come in the last three innings of the game.

Oy. A "big win" doesn't mean anything if it's forced.
If you didn’t create it, it isn’t your content.

And the Morton Downey Jr. show spawned a board game version.

No idea whether our resident game show home game maven will find this of interest....  ;-)

This Nillion Dollar Mission thing intentionally increases the odds(3/13 at 6 $1M cases) of someone winning the whole thing, but even so, it's not gonna happen because as in most cases with a big prize still out there & 3 or 4 smaller values, the player eventually will give in to temptation as well as by their supporters to take whatever offer they can get.

If nothing but $1M cases are left, does the offer come out to what the average is as some sort of percentage?  I think that's how it might play out.  That's where it gets very anti-climatic at that point because surely the player holding his/her case would go all the way.

QFT.  I'd rather see the show never give away the top prize, rather than trying to force it down somebody's throat...
