Does anyone know where we are in both the Perry CS run and the Rafferty CS run on GSN?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

For Perry, early December 1979.  No idea for Rafferty.

Not sure about Rafferty myself either, but one guidepost you can use as an approximation when unsure of the point in the run is to look at the car on offer in the car game - the nicer the car, the earlier in the run you are.  Each car offered on the show was a bit cheaper than the last, by and large.  The cheaper the car, the later the run.

If it's any help, Brian Hunt's $62,000 reign of terror aired a few weekends back and it already seems like the prize cards are being pared back (the current week being aired, IIRC, has a Pontiac Firebird being offered in the car game).

I believe I can solve the Rafferty mystery.  First, the car was not a part of the show for the first 35 episodes of Rafferty's show.  Second, I believe that his next show would have originally aired during the third week of November 1986.  Should GSN keep airing Rafferty's show at the current airing schedule it won't be too long until see his Christmas shows and/or his first intstallment of "Young Person's week".  How do I know of this?  I've been either watching or taping his shows since he came back on the air on November 4, 2006.

Update: On CS79, they should be starting kids' week today.  (If they're not, they're probably saving it for the Christmas Eve marathon.)  I might note that the first day of the young people was episode #432, putting us at the halfway point of the original NBC run (or as Jim Perry would say, "right smack up the middle").

The first episode of Kids Week is airing as I type this.

And going back to the original question about where the weekend Rafferty episodes are, on the episode that aired last Sunday it was mentioned that the next day would be Thanksgiving, which puts us a little before the great devaluation of the prize cards.

Would this be the same week with the $22K plus win on the Money Cards?

I'm pretty sure that was a year later.
