One of the writers for the last batch of episode of episodes was Aaron Solomon, who (IIRC) lead the mass exodus of Guild writers from "Temptation," so as long as he's around, I'd assume they are a WGA shop.

AFAIK, they were WGA for the shows that were taped in September and October and will be airing starting next month.

However, one of the trades says that the show is "not affected," which means that I wouldn't put it past Endemol to take the show non-union if they get an additional order and the strike hasn't been resolved.  They may have the pleasure of having Tenacious D playing outside their front door like Fremantle got last week.

The show was indeed WGA when Aaron worked on it, and continued to be for the upcoming series (on which Aaron did not work).  I too would not be surprised if Endemol decides to go the "segment producer" route for future episodes that might be done during the strike; I believe IvC was the only one of their recent ones that was Guild.
