Yes.  I had his episode on my site a year or two ago.  I don't see why I can't upload it later today.

My favorite part of this story was the mention that stations were being offered a special "best of" Crosswords. Hmmmm, talk about a short list.

It's the episodes where Ty says "Here's your next clue...".

That's especially lovely for any double-run stations. "You know how you've had the same three months of reruns playing over and over and over this whole year? Here's a subset of those that you can run into the ground even faster!"
That's such a shame, though; I really liked the show. Let's hope In the Box is just as good. Maybe.....
Inside the Box has several things going for it:

* A fair game that rewards the best player throughout the entire episode
* Clever gameplay
* Material that almost anyone who's ever turned on a telly can play along with
* A host who knows his craft and is allowed to say more than what's on his TelePrompTer.

Four-nil: Teh Box.

For those who have seen it, how much CanCon does it have?  Would you need deep Little Mosque on the Prairie knowledge or be able to rattle of key Street Legal plot points?

From the episode I saw, the TV shows in the questions all debuted in the U.S.

"Did it premiere in the 80s?" "Is the action mainly in a hospital?" "Does it star thus-and-so?" and so on. I think the host might have satisfied CanCon just by himself, I recognized all of the Mystery Subjects once they were revealed.

So all my late-night Corner Gas viewing is not going to help?

No, that was Ron Jeremy  ;-)

I do believe that this is the first time I've had my name mentioned in conjunction with Ron Jeremy, so thanks (?) Mr. West :)

To Mike and the others - there is no "Canadian Content" persay in the questioning line, all of the TV show references are American.  While this is a weird way to get the show on the air in the states, I do hope you enjoy the format!

Ryan :)

When you're at the grocery game and you hear the beep, think of all the fun you could have at "Crazy Rachel's Checkout Counter!"

Now if we could get The Mad Dash five days a week on these shores, I'd be very pleased.
