Lemon is right, in that it is not an S&P violation. It does not violate the letter of the laws that govern game shows. I think it does violate the spirit, however. In principle, viewers expect that a contestant who answers correctly does so without help, and a contestant who answers incorrectly (or not at all) was genuinely unable to recall the right answer. The analogy on DonD is that viewers, in principle, expect that all 30!* ways of choosing the boxes have some chance of occuring.
*or 30! divided by 5! divided by a couple others, if you want to treat the multiple picks as single entities. Either way, the idea is the same.
