I do distinctly remember someone on the ABC version walking away with the 50:50 still in play. His reasoning was something to the effect of using the 50:50 would tempt him too strongly into gambling (It was a high-level question too).[/quote]
As I recall, he made some highbrow reference to Shrodinger's Cat in the process.

Still, generally speaking, The Confessor is right.  That's going to be a preposterously rare occurence.
