If You Could Get Rid Of One Reality Show...

Any show involving the behind-the-scenes, private, never-before-seen, first time letting cameras in, celebrity, wanna-be celebrity, or used-to-be-celebrity.  I don't care about any of them. Not a one.

Of course, this would mean that VH1 would go out of biz, but c'est la vie.

VH1 dies. VH1 Classic Rock renames itself to VH1. Everybody wins.

I think it's time that The "Real" World be done and over with.

I gotta say, it'd be easier to make a list of the ones I'd *keep*.

True- when I started the thread, I hadn't even considered the plethora of suck that comes from VH1, or MTV, for that matter.

Fact To Make You Feel Old: Just about every contestant who appears in a Price is Right Teen Week episode from here on out has only known a world where Drew Carey has been the host.

I don't give a whit about watching someone decide if they want to put mustard on a hot dog. I do like watching shows such as Survivor and The Mole because they are good games in picturesque locations.

Even Emmy seems to understand the difference between the 'fly on the wall' shows and the games, dividing many categories into "reality" and "reality competition".
