'Hole' Plugged Again

Fox pulled out "Hole in the Wall" for the Sunday 7 p.m. slot last Sunday night, where nobody noticed it, according to Marc Berman:

-Fox Yanks Hole in the Hole:
Fall 2008 non-scripted failure Hole in the Wall, which returned on Fox with back-to-back low-rated episodes in the Sunday 7 p.m. hour on Jan. 18, has been pulled from the schedule. Game show Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? will occupy the hour for at least the next two weeks.

I'm assuming reruns for "...5th Grader?" (it and "Lyrics!" are listed by Fox as having Jan. 30 season finales).

I don't know how many "Hole" eps are unaired, but why don't they dump 'em on Fox Reality and be done with it?

Of course, that means contestants on the otherwise-unseen episodes would get their prizes.

Even with a $100,000 Blind Wall win (just watched it for shiggles on FOX's Web site), that didn't even help the ratings!

This Sunday's "5th Grader" episode will be a new one, as it got moved up from its original January 30th airdate.

I'm not sure when the "Lyrics" episode with Meatloaf will be airing now...

Given FOX Flash have given out the details for the final three shows. I suspect FOX have swapped the actual season finale with the Meatloaf episode.

Does anybody know if FOX are happy to give the show another run for 2009/2010 or is it now uncertain?
