Executive Producer/Show Director
Manage the show’s workload and expectations in the daily streaming requirements for a 4-hour live show as well as coordinating with a repeat/best of program producer. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who grasps the big picture and can still handle all the small details. Build the GSN Radio project as a dominant broadcast source of quality programming, that is interactive, entertaining and have the ability to grow the brand across digital streaming and on terrestrial and satellite radio. Assure programming is accomplished in a manner consistent with Corporate & station policies, FCC regulations and the objectives of the GSN.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Five years successful executive producer of known radio projects or programming management experience in a major market. A full understanding of radio studio environment and post production.
• Solid managerial skills and leader as well as the ability to act as part of a team with effective communication skills.
• Candidate should have a strong expertise in radio, on line and television games. As well as a proven track record in media promotion and marketing initiatives
• Candidate must be creative…competitive…have strong organizational skills….be a strong talent coach and a great problem-solver.
• Demonstrate capability to discover/create positive short-and long-term promotional opportunities for the project to develop to their fullest potential.
• Willingness to accomplish work responsibilities in compliance with company, station and FCC policies, procedures and standards of performance.
• Project desired professional, business-like image.
• Experience working in Top 20-radio market programming
• Knowledge of digital streaming and satellite radio
• Exceptional organizational abilities and possess excellent written and oral communications skills

Sales & Marketing Manager
GSN Santa Monica is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person who would like to join the GSN Radio Team. Ideal candidate has a degree/experience in sales and/or marketing, business or a related discipline. Experience working in Sales and/or the Radio Industry is a plus.
Your role will be to work with our sales and marketing executive to increase our database for terrestrial radio clients through our syndicated Radio Program and brand recognition through online Radio Promotions. Duties will include database management growth, researching potential new platforms and clients, participating in meetings for ideas and the preparation of marketing materials and mailings.
You will be responsible for establishing Radio Game Promotions and Contests which will be promoting GSN Radio and GSN Shop. You will contact and source station to participate in these promotions through E-mail and phone calls, working with a database called Cision a program which lists every radio stations contact details across the country! We would supply packaging, game content and prizes to each station and you will co-ordinate all these efforts. You would be working with Stations Promotion Directors organizing them to run all year round based on a 12 month Marketing Plan.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Radio Promotions, Online Web campaigns, Guerilla/Lifestyle/Viral Marketing and some administrative support for our marketing executive and other staff such as e-mail, research assist, and general organizational tasks.
