On the "upfront" site they have some clips from "The Money List". It seems to give away a lot of money per GSN standards. It looks like it will be pretty good!
Ah, then it's changed significantly from the one-episode extravaganza on Fox? Good to hear.

I know its identical, but I'm talking about that it looks to be pretty good for being a GSN "original".

This is the first I've heard of a "Jackpot" time slot.

GSN News sounds interesting, if only because of the odd juxtaposition.
This signature is currently under construction.

Then they must have changed some stuff, because it was completely unwatchable in its original incarnation.

Do we know if this features the "endless top prize" element FOX's show did?

What about the host? He seems to catch alot of crap, but, I, for one, will give Fred Roggin a chance. Hey, he can't be any worse than some of the flops we've seen on TV before(Patrick Wayne, Bonaduce with Starcade, etc.), right?

50 grand on GSN? You got to be kidding. I found that clip. And it's a perfect fit for Roggin imho

Bonaduce hosted Starface. A good host actually hosted Starcade (the 2nd host anyway, don't know about the 1st).

Opinion ≠ fact.
True, but shiatcanning it after one show indicates that a lot of Nielsen families agree with that opinion.

Could have been a sign that Fox pretty much had their mind made up before the show even aired also.
Me, too. They must really believe in that slot, because that's where they've stuck their Originals. They used to have the same feeling towards 10PM-12AM. I remember WinTuition used to air in primetime. Lingo did, too, for a season. For the most part, I don't remember the Originals airing from 8-10.

IIRC, Wintuition started out at 8:30.

For a while it was "Whammy" at 10, "Friend or Foe" at 10:30, then "Russian Roulette" at 11. I believe "Lingo" started in the 7:00 hour.

Some interesting GSN developments here.  Where to start:

DoND & 1 vs 100 will obviously be the biggest acquisitions if it is true.  The 1st season will most likely be where to start.

Brainteaser sounds like something Ken Jennings might host(I'll get back to him in a little bit).

Bunco sounds interesting & 20Q has some potential.  We'll see what comes out of them.

Instant Recall is a bit like Oblivious only more serious.

Wake-Up Call sounds like something that would be set up at a hotel or motel.

A show where winning a Hollywood makeover is something only Danny Bonaduce would host.  His Starface hosting should be enough of a prerequisite.

As for a reality game show host show, Ken Jennings should be there. He may not have any hosting under his belt as far as actual series go, but it would be amusing just to see him in there.

Wasn't the big bundle of $$$ they awarded during future tapings (which wouldn't have to be paid out if the shows weren't televised) a factor in the program's swift removal from the schedule? Or was that simply a theory someone put out there?
