Sure. Two or three to oversee the whole operation. Two or three to buy rights. Two or three to think up new ideas. Five or ten to operate the tape machines and send out the picture.

Not necessarily, we don't unless it's a valid correction and it is constructive in tone.  We strangely get a lot of fan mail meant for a celebrity, which is odd considering they don't work here.
