(Hear that, Powerball winners?)
Yeah, I'm sure that's right at the tippy-top of the Hill family's priority list.

Good lord and goddamn.

I want the old Youtube layout back. The one their monkeys implemented yesterday is really awful.
It's really not hideous, but I do wish they would get around to dumping Flash in favor of HTML5.

Forgive my ignorance, but what makes HTML5 better than Flash? My technical prowess doesn't go that far, but I am interested to know.

As for my wish, my only true wish is for the loosening of time constraints. I'm sure Drew's Price, Wayne's Deal, and the current standbys would flow a lot more smoothly if commercial time today was like it was in the 80s. The quick tosses to break and faster-than-should-be pacing can be a bit disconcerting at times. That's just me, though.

Flash is a slow, buggy, bloated pile of shiat, HTML5 isn't, and HTML5 is built into the browser, no need for plugins.

As I said over in the Off-Topic Adventure, they got rid of "sort by date", which I do find kind of irritating.  (You can filter by date, but that doesn't put the remaining results in chronological order.)

While they took out the option in the menu, it still works if you put

&search_sort=video_date_uploaded

at the end of the URL.

So if the first two posts are anything to go by, everyone's answer is "I wish it were the way it was thirty years ago when there were lots of really good daytime game shows." I can't say I disagree.

A more realistic wish: I want The Mole back. Lucky Australians.

Yes, Australia is lucky to have The Mole, hosted by Richard Burton. I mean, Grant Bowler.

Just for the record, I did get my wish.

We move Dec. 28.

I am very much relieved.
This isn't a plug, but you can ask me about my book.

To be the next contestant on TPiR!!!!  Come on people, a cameo was nice in 2003(?), but I would like cash and/or prizes...and kissing Drew (or the male model)...

Yes, I'm weird...
