Dick's still in the hospital. It worries me that he has been there for close to a month. Nobody is in the hospital for that long without it being kind of serious. Eventually we'll all know the extent of what happened. But for now...... everyone is being very quiet.

Get well Dick. I Hope you feel well enough to at least attempt a Happy New Year!

Gee, what a shame. I was just thinking of him earlier today!
The statements in the USA Today article sound like he's in
pretty good spirits at least, and that's a GOOD thing!

New Year's Eve just won't be the same this year without him.

When I hear encouraging words about his condition directly from him and not from a statement or a spokesperson, I'll feel better about his recovery. My fingers remain crossed for him to be at the helm for Rockin' Eve '06.

It was mentioned today that Clark will be in the hospital when the ball drops. Kari is expected to be with him.
