I don't get it. Every time I click on the link, it works. Both of them do. (sigh) Is anyone else having this problem?

It works
Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS

I wish I could remember the term that someone here coined, but I tried it, and (in a situation all too familiar these days), bandwidth has been exceeded.

[quote name=\'tvrandywest\' date=\'Jan 25 2005, 01:03 PM\']As I didn't see it posted recently, for the information of the music fans, the original 1972 package was recorded in London to avoid the AFM (musicians' union) jurisdiction.

Weren't the 74 cues also recorded in England? I think it was mentioned that they were.

The studio musician can crank out forgettable shampoo jingles, backing for questionable vocalists, and all manner of disposable music. I hope some of those Brits when they played on that package realized they were creating the most artful music package ever for any TV game show -- and since they don't use the classic package in England, some of them might be surprised it's still being used. Sadly, to most musicians who play on things like that, it's just bread on the table.

Most of the cues from the original Score package end with a cold cut

Guess the Score recording studios weren't too far from the local deli. :-)

7 new cues now up, some of which are better quality versions of the cues on 80stvthemes.

I'll post some non-TPiR related goodies later.

That MGHS Variation was used on Flamingo Fortune, during the big wheel spins.

Yet another cue up, the highly sought-after Race Game/Take Two/Buy or Sell prize music; the familiar part comes at 55 seconds.

Boy, this is so much fun....

EDIT: Make that two new cues: the real version of the TPiR theme, not the short one on the GSN CD.
