Hope this is a decent mix:

$50: The editorials, the entertainment section, the classifieds
$100: "I'm filled with sand, and boxers like to hit me while they train..."
$150: Stein, Goldberg, Cohen
$200: your excited heart, track runners, stock car drivers
$250: Because you're not satisfied with the service...because you don't like your gift...
$300: A mental patient, married couples, crimes
